You know I love your macro work (especially with ladybirds!) and this is no different.
First of all I'd just like to say how I think it's amazing that you listen to and take on board all the critique you receive. It's fantastic to see someone actually using it to their advantage to make them even better than they already are - and trust me, your shots definitely keep getting better, and better!

I love the angle - it's the perfect one to get a great focus on the ladybird, but still keep the detail of the flower and the wonderful colours and contrasts of the background. It's also brilliant for contrast in size and perspective too - really nice job with that.
Again, you colour and lighting (as always) is spot on, and you always get the colours of the ladybird and the detail of the bug perfect.

I don't have much else to say to be honest, because I feel like I'm repeating myself with my other critiques. It's brilliant to see you're so consistent with all your qualities in your work, proving that you do actually think a lot about your shots and take the time to get them right, instead of them being flukes with lighting and focus or angle. That's a brilliant quality to have as a photographer. I'm jealous as to how many ladybirds you find in all the right places and times! You're constantly spot on with your work, and it gives pleasure to anyone who views it.

Now for my (small) critiques of this piece. Your angle of the plant is perfect, and I know its difficult to work with animals but I'd say to improve this piece, you need to put the ladybird as the centre of the shot, as it is definitely your focus. This highlights even more that it is your focus, because viewers tend to see the flower first in this shot, and not the ladybird which is your subject.

Just a suggestion, I think it would be nice to see a shot of the ladybird from it's eye level, if that makes sense to you. You would still be able to see the red and beautiful colours of its body, but I think it would improve your work with angles even more and would be an interesting, extremely original shot with a tonne of impact. I know it's far easier said than done, but you've improved so much already - so try going a bit closer maybe.

Once again, I'm totally blown away by your work. Its stunning and very well thought about - no one who sees this picture wouldn't look twice! You definitely have a beautiful and 'wow' quality about your work, and it's consistency is the best I have ever seen or known. Fantastic work - keep it up!
