The warm colours of the flowers really make this photo. They really stand out against the colour of the background and it works really well.

I think it was the right decision to go for a square crop but it is not perfectly square, however, and this detracts from the overall quality of the photo slightly. If you could go back and adjust the crop slightly it would look exactly right.

The depth of field and focusing are very good. This parts of the plant in the foreground which are supposed to be in focus are not quite so and could do with being that little bit sharper but this doesn't really detract from the overall quality of what it a very good picture.
