This shot is beautiful. I know how difficult it could be to take a good picture of a cat, let alone get a close up of the cat's eye! My cat would just either run or be annoyed and the eye wouldn't be open or something... So just the fact that this is in focus is impressive to me, but you've added to that.

You've captured a beautiful reflection of the sky in the eye making a secondary color of blue and white within the gold color of the eye alone. That gold color is very impressive, I can see why you chose this cat's eyes as a subject to photograph!

You were able to get the fur next to the eye in a nice crisp focus while some other parts are subtly fuzzed out to let the eye really be the focal point of the image. I like how you have cropped it with the eye slightly closer to the top of the image so you can see the subtle shape of the cat's face where there's that vague line pointing toward the nose. You have also enriched the colors to just the right balance to please the eye.

Your vision with this piece is beautiful, although there are many pictures of cat's eyes out there. You have succeeded in a warm impact with this piece though, that sort of sets it apart from other shots of cats' eyes I have seen. Overall, a very nice photograph.
